Job Description

• Position Title: M&E Coordinator (Building Construction)
• Working Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E works with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and technical submissions.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor installation progress, and identify clashes, design discrepancies, or technical issues.
• Follow up on RFIs, material submissions, method statements, inspections, and project documentation.
• Monitor testing and commissioning, authority inspections, and handover requirements.
• Ensure M&E works comply with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and project schedules.
• Support BCA Green Mark, sustainability, and energy efficiency requirements by ensuring proper implementation and documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager in resolving technical, construction, and coordination issues.
• Support planning and coordination of M&E works from construction through testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant M&E experience in Singapore’s construction industry.
• Experience in New Build projects (BTO, Design & Build, etc.) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of BCA Green Mark requirements, sustainability initiatives, and green building practices is advantageous.
• Good understanding of M&E drawings, specifications, coordination drawings, and construction requirements.
• Able to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve M&E issues.
• Familiar with inspections, testing and commissioning, authority submissions, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
