Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and review of project cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions, progress valuations, variation orders, and final project accounts.
• Review and assess contractors’ claims, ensuring that submissions are properly evaluated and supported by relevant documentation.
• Deliver accurate and timely cost information to management to support effective project and financial decision-making.

Requirements:

• A Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying
• Preferably 8 years post graduate of working experience in QS consultancy firm or with working experience involving quantity surveying work. (Consultant / Construction)
• Willing to learn.
• Proper guidance and training will be provided to you to carry out your work.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
