Job Description

Role Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from initiation through completion. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, stakeholders, contractors, and project documentation while ensuring quality and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate solutions.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and costs.
• Conduct meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous project management or project coordination experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate when handling project documents.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Professional attitude and ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
