Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day finance operations by managing financial transactions, performing account reconciliations, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

The ideal candidate is organized, meticulous, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working with numbers, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all financial matters.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
• Verify invoices against supporting documents (PO, DO, contracts)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Issue invoices and monitor collections
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support cashflow management

General Ledger & Reporting

• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Support preparation of financial reports and schedules

Compliance & Administration

• Assist with GST filing and audit preparation
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

Ad-hoc

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Assist with other finance/admin duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Meticulous, responsible, and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Experience with Xero accounting software is an advantage.
