The Creative & Content Lead is responsible for Nove’s creative direction, content strategy and multimedia production across its portfolio of lifestyle, technology and consumer brands, including Shokz, Cote & Ciel, Aecooly and JSAUX.

The role oversees creative development from concept to execution across social media, campaigns, product launches, e-commerce, retail, PR, events and on-ground activations, with strong ownership of multimedia content production and creative quality.

The ideal candidate is a strong creative thinker with a good eye for design, storytelling and visual content, who can translate marketing objectives into compelling, commercially relevant content while leading the creative team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Creative & Content Strategy

  • Develop and lead creative and content direction across Nove’s brand portfolio.

  • Translate marketing objectives and campaign briefs into strong creative concepts and content ideas.

  • Develop monthly and campaign-based content direction in collaboration with the Marketing and Social Media teams.

  • Ensure creative output is aligned with each brand’s positioning, tone of voice and visual identity.

  • Identify new content formats, creative trends and opportunities to improve brand awareness and engagement.

  • Ensure content is relevant to the target audience and supports overall marketing and commercial objectives.

  1. Content Development & Production

  • Lead the end-to-end development of social media and digital content across all brands.

  • Develop creative concepts for video, static, carousel, Reels, TikTok, product content, KOL content and campaign assets.

  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, social media executives, KOLs and external agencies to deliver content.

  • Provide clear creative briefs, references and direction to internal and external creative resources.

  • Review and approve creative output to ensure quality, accuracy and brand consistency.

  • Manage content production timelines and ensure deliverables are completed according to campaign schedules.

  • Develop evergreen content assets and creative templates to improve efficiency and consistency.

  1. Multimedia Production & Event Coverage

  • Lead multimedia content production for all Nove events, product launches, roadshows, pop-ups, community events and brand activations.

  • Develop pre-event, on-ground and post-event content plans to maximise content output from every activation.

  • Oversee photography and videography coverage, including event highlights, Reels, short-form videos, product demonstrations, interviews, behind-the-scenes and social-first content.

  • Develop shot lists and creative direction to ensure all key moments, products, branding, KOLs, guests and consumer engagement are captured.

  • Brief and coordinate internal or external photographers, videographers and production teams.

  • Manage the end-to-end production workflow, from creative planning and on-ground direction to editing, post-production and final delivery.

  • Ensure content is delivered within agreed timelines for same-day, next-day and post-event social media requirements.

  • Identify opportunities during events and activations to create real-time and reactive social content.

  • Build and maintain an organised library of photo and video assets for future marketing use.

  • Ensure all multimedia output maintains a consistent and high-quality visual standard.

  1. Creative Team Leadership

  • Lead and guide the creative and content team, including designers, copy/content resources and multimedia resources.

  • Allocate creative tasks based on priorities, capabilities and deadlines.

  • Establish clear creative workflows, briefing processes and quality standards.

  • Provide constructive feedback and direction to improve the quality and efficiency of the team.

  • Monitor workload and ensure resources are properly allocated across multiple brands and projects.

  • Identify when additional freelance, agency or production support is required.

  • Foster a proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented creative working culture.

  1. Campaigns & Product Launches

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop creative concepts for major campaigns, product launches, retail activations and events.

  • Lead creative development from concept through to final execution.

  • Ensure all campaign touchpoints have a consistent creative direction across social media, e-commerce, retail, PR, KOL, events and POSM.

  • Develop creative ideas that are distinctive, relevant and commercially effective.

  • Support the development of launch toolkits and campaign assets for internal teams and external partners.

  1. Brand & Visual Management

  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication channels.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of each brand’s identity, audience and market positioning.

  • Work with designers to develop and maintain visual systems, templates and creative assets.

  • Ensure product information, claims, visuals and brand assets are accurate before publication.

  • Maintain a high standard of visual execution across both digital and offline touchpoints.

  1. Social Media & Content Performance

  • Work closely with the Social Media team to develop content that is platform-relevant and social-first.

  • Review content performance and identify creative approaches, formats and messaging that are driving results.

  • Use insights from engagement, reach, views and campaign performance to improve future content.

  • Encourage a test-and-learn approach to creative hooks, formats, storytelling and visual execution.

  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform developments, emerging formats and relevant cultural trends.

  1. External Partners & Production Management

  • Manage creative communication with external agencies, production houses, freelancers, photographers, videographers and other creative partners.

  • Brief external partners clearly and ensure output meets Nove’s creative and brand expectations.

  • Review and manage creative deliverables from external partners.

  • Manage production timelines and coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

  • Support production budget planning and ensure creative resources are used efficiently.

Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in creative, content, social media, advertising, digital marketing, multimedia production or a related field.

  • Experience in leading creative projects and/or managing a creative team.

  • Strong understanding of social-first content, digital marketing and multimedia production.

  • Strong creative conceptualisation, storytelling and visual communication skills.

  • Good understanding of design principles, branding, photography, videography and content production.

  • Hands-on experience in event and activation content production is highly preferred.

  • Experience working with lifestyle, technology, fashion, consumer or retail brands is an advantage.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, projects and deadlines.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, Sales, PR and external partners.

  • Proficiency in relevant creative and production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or equivalent.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative, content and multimedia work is required.

  • Willingness to be on-site for events, launches and activations, including occasional weekends or outside standard working hours when required.
