Royal Selangor is seeking proactive candidates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The Customer Experience Executive is responsible for driving sales conversions and ensuring a seamless customer journey across e-commerce platforms.

Job Description

• Engage with potential customers on our e-commerce platform to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales transactions to drive overall business growth.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including multitasking across different communication channels.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience through sophisticated and timely responses.
• Capture critical customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
• Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in English, and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems or e-commerce CMS (Content Management Systems) is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
