Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Machine Learning Engineer role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Machine Learning Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for applications such as social media platforms and mobile games. Typical responsibilities include collecting and preprocessing data, experimenting with different algorithms and neural network architectures, and implementing pattern recognition systems to improve product features and user experiences. The role involves collaborating with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams to integrate models into production environments, monitor performance, and iterate on solutions. The engineer will also document workflows, maintain code quality, and stay current with emerging machine learning techniques and tools.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms to design efficient, scalable solutions.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Statistics and Pattern Recognition to analyze data and build robust predictive models.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with Neural Networks and modern machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Candidates should possess strong programming skills (such as Python, Java, or C++) and familiarity with data processing tools and libraries.
• Candidates should possess experience deploying models to production, including performance optimization and monitoring.
• Candidates should possess good problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate in a diverse, multicultural team.
• A bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in game development, social media platforms, or large-scale data systems is an advantage.
