Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out and Condominium Projects)

Responsibilities

• Manage the tendering and bidding process by engaging vendors and negotiating costs to secure competitive pricing
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery within budget
• Process monthly progress claims, subcontractor payments, and contract variations accurately and timely
• Prepare final accounts upon project completion to ensure accurate financial closure

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing fit-out projects
• Apply strong knowledge of pricing strategies and contract management to project execution
