Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Reports to: Operations Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lease documentation, equipment orders, and follow-ups with vendors & customers
• Maintain leased asset records and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team
• Assist with funding documentation and facilities
• Manage End of Term (EOT) portfolio and asset returns
• Coordinate buyouts, renewals, quotations, and month-to-month billing
• Liaise with brokers and support remarketing activities
• Prepare reports, analysis, and assist with ad hoc projects
• Requirements

-Good communication skills in English
-Excellent interpersonal skills & team player
-Detail-oriented with high accuracy
-Proactive with strong follow-up skills
-Good work ethics and flexibility
-Knowledge of IT market and SAP is an added advantage

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
