Job Summary

You will manage order processing and coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. You will maintain accurate sales records, handle customer communications, and support sales projects to enhance workflow and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Process orders and coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Maintain daily accuracy and completeness of sales paperwork and records for reliable data management

Organize and manage purchase orders, invoices, and related sales documents to support smooth operations

Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments throughout the sales process

Prepare daily sales reports, delivery summaries, and headquarters reports to track performance and inform management

Acknowledge purchase orders and communicate proactively with customers on order status and related matters

Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction

Maintain and update the sales database or CRM system to ensure current and accurate customer and sales information

Provide general sales support by assisting with administrative tasks and customer interactions

Assist in sales-related projects or initiatives to improve sales processes and outcomes

Support process improvements and workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on administrative tasks as needed to support business operations

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Professional certificate, or NiTEC in any field

At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Positive attitude with willingness to learn

Ability to work independently and as a team player while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment

Enoteca Shop is located at one of the best department stores in Singapore”Takashimaya” We revamped the shop in April 2019. Our wine selection has increased from 500 SKUs to 1000 SKUs, including rare wines and large formats
