Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships and issue resolution, conducting stock audits and inventory reconciliation, enforcing asset tracking and preventive maintenance protocols, and supporting resource planning and recruitment. Success is measured through customer satisfaction (>90%) and SLA compliance (>98%), team performance and KPI alignment, operational efficiency, and inventory/asset management standards (inventory variance <2%, asset utilization >95%). The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field, at least 5 years of experience managing complex projects or operations in the high-tech industry with a background in customer support and field engineering, cross-functional team leadership experience, willingness to travel up to 50%, and strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills suited to an evolving business environment.
