Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines.
- Verify employee attendance, overtime, leave records, allowances, and deductions.
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, commissions, incentives, and final settlements.
- Ensure payroll compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Generate payroll reports and maintain payroll records.
Statutory Compliance
- Manage employee tax deductions and submissions.
- Prepare and submit statutory contributions and related reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with government agencies and auditors when required.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare monthly payroll summaries and management reports.
- Maintain payroll files, records, and documentation for audits.
- Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of payroll administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Experience with payroll and HRIS systems. Working on tools like SAP/PeopleSoft or other Payroll tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
