岗位职责

Lead the overall project from mobilisation through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Establish project priorities, master programme, resources, execution strategy, and delivery targets.
Direct engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities across all relevant disciplines.
Manage project cost, commercial exposure, variations, procurement, resources, and contractual requirements.
Lead client, consultant, main contractor, supplier, and subcontractor relationships at project level.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and constraints, and implement timely recovery measures.
Ensure project works meet required quality, safety, statutory, and contractual standards.
Resolve major technical, coordination, commercial, and operational issues affecting project delivery.
Lead and develop project managers, discipline managers, engineers, and site teams to achieve performance targets.
Drive continuous improvement through better engineering solutions, construction methods, technology, productivity, and cost efficiency.
