Overview:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, and supporting project execution from initiation to completion. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Communication Duties
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
Manage correspondence via phone calls and email efficiently.
Organize, schedule, and coordinate appointments with clients and internal teams.
2. Project Coordination
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating all stages of projects from initiation to completion.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and relevant parties to ensure smooth workflow.
Provide timely updates to the Project Manager on project progress and issues.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Assist in preparing, collecting, and submitting required documentation from various stakeholders.
Maintain proper records of operations, appointments, and project updates.
Generate and submit monthly operational and performance reports.
4. Operations Monitoring
Track and manage rescheduled appointments, ensuring timely follow-up until closure.
Monitor daily operations and ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time.
Oversee and coordinate the daily working routine of the HDB team.
5. Customer Service
Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
Ensure all customer requests are followed through and resolved satisfactorily.
6. Team Support & Coordination
Provide operational support to other departments when required.
Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams.
Support continuous improvement of operational processes.

Our services include gas pipe leak repair, inspection and soundness test and service & maintenance.
Being a gas pipe contractor, our installation services cover the whole process of project management from design to submission to installation, and all that falls between services.
