• Lead overall production operations in semiconductor manufacturing
• Plan and manage production output, quality, cost, and delivery targets
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and company SOPs
• Monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)
• Manage manpower planning and daily production efficiency
• Work closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Improve productivity, yield, and reduce production waste
• Prepare production reports and performance updates

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
• 5–8 years production/manufacturing experience, preferably semiconductor industry
• At least 3 years in supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor production processes
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
• Able to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
