We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to join an established in-house product team and play a key role in building, enhancing, and scaling high-quality mobile products. This is an opportunity for an experienced iOS engineer who enjoys working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build user-focused applications from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift and UIKit.
• Own key features throughout the full development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to testing and deployment.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and other engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable mobile experiences.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical design, and engineering best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, stability, and code quality.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the iOS application.
• Stay up to date with developments in the iOS ecosystem and recommend relevant technologies and practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong commercial experience developing iOS applications using Swift and UIKit.
• Proven experience working in an in-house product company environment, rather than primarily in an agency or consulting setup.
• Strong understanding of iOS architecture, design patterns, memory management, concurrency, and performance optimisation.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade mobile applications at scale.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, clean code, testing, and version control.
• Experience working closely with Product and Design teams in an agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers is a plus.
• Candidates from banking/financial institutions are not the target profile for this role.
