Position: Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Singapore

Contract: 12+ Months and Extendable

Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Sales Cloud, CTI Integration, Salesforce Architecture, Enterprise Integration

Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture for Tele-Sales solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.

Design and govern CTI integrations with telephony platforms, including click-to-dial, screen pop, call recording, omnichannel interactions, and agent desktop capabilities.

Provide architectural leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud, integrations, data migration, reporting, automation, and enterprise system connectivity.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and enterprise architects to define solution roadmaps and architecture standards.

Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, solution estimation, risk management, and deployment strategy while ensuring adherence to Salesforce and industry best practices.

Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and customer engagement processes.
