Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will identify and recruit students for various programs by developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, engaging prospective customers, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive enrollment growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and schedules for each program to increase student recruitment
• Collaborate with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to execute multi-channel marketing strategies
• Design sales strategies including special promotions and sponsored events to boost program enrollment
• Respond promptly to incoming calls from prospective students and provide clear information on program features and benefits using prepared scripts
• Ask targeted questions to understand prospective students’ needs and tailor presentations accordingly
• Persuade prospective students by demonstrating how programs meet their educational goals
• Accurately record prospective students’ personal information in the company’s database
• Resolve complaints or concerns to protect and enhance the company’s reputation
• Exceed sales quotas by proactively following up and facilitating future enrollments
• Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and useful customer information for analysis
• Provide timely answers to questions from agents and students about program benefits and services
• Build and sustain excellent client relationships through superior customer service
• Analyze market trends, data, demographics, and pricing strategies to improve marketing and sales performance
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures in all activities
• Attend trade shows and travel to meet clients as required to promote programs
• Train and update agents to ensure they are knowledgeable and effective in promoting programs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic sales experience with excellent communication skills
• Digital marketing experience and knowledge
• Ability to create and deliver presentations and proposals
• Prior experience in the education industry

Other Information

Package

• Basic Salary: S$3,000 to S$5,000
• Commissions: Average S$2,000
• On-the-job training provided under experienced sales staff
