Join our team at Casa Latteria & Thirty9, two established independent Italian restaurants in Duxton Hill.



We are looking for motivated kitchen team members who enjoy working with quality ingredients and want to grow their skills in a professional Italian kitchen.



What we’re looking for

Cook, Commis Chef or Chef de Partie




Previous kitchen experience preferred


Positive attitude and willingness to learn


Reliable, punctual and a good team player


 Passion for Italian food and quality cooking


 Experience with pasta, pizza or Italian cuisine is an advantage

Working schedule

 5.5-day work week


 Split + Afternoon shifts


 Kitchen closes at 10pm


Staff meals provided, medical expenses, meal allowances
