Warehouse & Installation Assistant

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse & Installation Assistant to support our warehouse, logistics, and on-site installation operations. This position will ensure efficient receiving, storage, delivery, and installation of goods while maintaining safety and organization standards.

Job Responsibilities

l Receive, check, and record incoming stock accurately.

l Organize and maintain warehouse inventory systematically.

l Prepare, pack, and label goods for delivery.

l Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.

l Conduct regular stock counts and update inventory records.

l Ensure safe handling and storage of products to prevent damage.

l Assist in furniture installation and dismantling work at customer sites or showrooms.

l Ensure proper assembly, handling, and finishing of furniture and fittings.

l Support replenishment of stocks for showrooms/outlets.

l Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the warehouse and work sites.

l Assist with logistics and delivery coordination.

l Commit to performing any tasks or responsibilities assigned by the company to support smooth business operations.

Qualifications

l Minimum SPM or equivalent.

l At least 1 year of working experience in warehouse, logistics, installation, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

l Physically fit and able to handle goods, furniture, and warehouse equipment.

l Basic knowledge of tools and safe handling during assembly/dismantling is an advantage.

l Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

l Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

l Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel/Word is an advantage).

l Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia (English/Mandarin is an added advantage).

(Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) and (Saturday, 9:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m)

Salary Range

RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
