Job Responsibilities

·       Responsible for receiving all incoming parts from vendors and verifying deliveries against Delivery Orders (DOs) to ensure the correct quantity and that all items are received in good condition

·       Verify Delivery Order accuracy against Open Purchase Orders (POs)

·       Update the company’s in-house ERP system promptly and accurately before informing end-users of the receipt of parts as specified in the PO. Liaising with vendors on all modification parts are send to correct vendors and return back

·       Liaise with vendors to ensure modified parts are sent to the correct vendors for modification and returned upon completion

·       Maintain the store and workshop in a clean, safe, and orderly condition in accordance with 5S standards

·       Ensure subcontractors comply with established workshop procedures and protocols

·       Monitor consumable and expendable stock levels to ensure adequate availability

·       Replenish stocks when necessary to prevent shortages and minimize disruption to operations

·       Pack sales parts according to customers’ POs and specific requirements

·       Coordinate and ensure timely collection by courier services

·       Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

·       Possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level certificate or equivalent

·       Possess good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, with good written and verbal communication skills

·       Relevant working experience in a warehouse, store, inventory, or receiving environment will be an added advantage

·       Able to work independently, with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work
