Job description:

The Site Safety Supervisor ensures compliance with safety regulations and promotes a safe working environment at the construction site. This role focuses on monitoring daily activities, identifying potential hazards, and implementing measures to prevent accidents or injuries during construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, DOSH, etc.).
• Conduct risk assessments and identify site hazards.
• Perform safety inspections of equipment and work areas.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training, inductions, and awareness sessions.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain safety documentation (reports, logs, training records).
• Ensure subcontractors follow safety protocols.
• Oversee safety in high-risk activities (e.g., electrical, heavy lifting).

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Valid safety certifications (e.g., Yellow Book, OSHA).
• Experience in safety supervision, preferably in precast.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to identify and solve safety issues.
