About The Job

• Design, build, and optimize core search and recall/ranking services to improve search conversion rates for the gaming platform.
• Develop user feature systems to power real-time game recommendations in close collaboration with the algorithm team.
• Build and maintain high-concurrency, high-availability backend architectures to ensure system stability and performance.
• Leverage search and vector technologies (such as Elasticsearch, Lucene, Faiss, or LanceDB) to handle real-time vector databases and search functionality.
• Implement scalable backend services using language-agnostic frameworks across Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.
