About the Position

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with practical experience in paid search and a strong interest in using data to improve campaign outcomes. This role involves both campaign ownership and client communication, from understanding campaign objectives to evaluating performance and recommending the next course of action.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of paid search campaigns from setup and launch through to ongoing optimisation and reporting.
• Manage Google Ads / SEM campaigns with close attention to budget utilisation and campaign performance.
• Track key performance indicators such as conversions, cost per lead, cost per acquisition and return on advertising spend.
• Conduct keyword research and refine targeting, bidding and campaign structure based on performance trends.
• Run ongoing tests across ad copy, keywords, audiences and landing pages to improve conversion efficiency.
• Investigate changes in campaign performance and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Present campaign results to clients and provide clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Discuss campaign objectives and challenges with clients to ensure advertising strategies remain aligned with their business needs.
• Coordinate with creative, content and other internal functions when campaign improvements require additional assets or changes.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience with Google Ads and SEM campaign management.
• Good understanding of paid media metrics and campaign optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate findings into actions.
• Confident communicating campaign performance and recommendations to clients.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or other digital analytics tools is an advantage.
• Exposure to SEO would be beneficial.
• Previous marketing agency experience is welcomed but not a requirement.
• Able to manage deadlines, budgets and multiple campaigns with good attention to detail.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
