岗位职责
You will be the first point of contact for patients and a key support to our TCM physicians. You will handle front-desk work, clinic operations, and day-to-day admin so consultations run smoothly and patients feel welcome.
Key responsibilities
Greet patients and assist with appointment scheduling and registration
Handle phone and walk-in enquiries in English and Mandarin
Support TCM physicians during consultations
Manage clinic records and process payments
Track inventory and the dispensing of herbs
Perform basic administrative and housekeeping duties
Keep the clinic clean, calm, and welcoming
What we’re looking for
No formal qualification required
Strong spoken English and Mandarin for patient communication
Basic computer skills (clinic software, email, Microsoft Office)
Friendly, responsible, and able to work independently
Willing to learn TCM clinic workflows
Available to work weekends
Prior experience in a healthcare or TCM clinic is an advantage, but not required. Training will be provided.
