Job Description

Assist the Architect to coordinate design detailing between Clients and Consultants

Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mockup, and materials as well as supervise work progress to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive work.

Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for contract and procurement management

To coordinate architectural and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction documents

Resolve all site architectural issues (i.e. drawings discrepancies, method statements or correspondences) and implement the right methods to ensure quality and productivity, using BIM software or equivalent

Job Requirements

Proficient in project management and architectural trades

Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Preferably with Design & Build Building experience
