We are partnering with our client, a leading international real estate organisation is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering professional to support the delivery of large-scale development projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide electrical engineering expertise from initial project planning and design through project delivery.
• Review electrical designs, specifications, budgets and technical proposals.
• Advise project teams on electrical systems, design solutions and cost optimisation.
• Manage and coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Support tender evaluations, contractor selection and commercial discussions.
• Ensure electrical designs meet project requirements, quality standards and relevant regulations.
• Provide technical input throughout project delivery and support construction teams where required.
• Travel regionally to support project requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, logistics or other major building projects.
• Strong background in electrical design, design review and project planning.
• Experience working with consultants and contractors.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Regional project experience and willingness to travel will be advantageous.
