About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and compliance programs across our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring service delivery meets contractual, client, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading a high-performing quality team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities, ensuring compliance with client, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, processes, and standards.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and compliance reviews to ensure operational excellence.
• Prepare and present quality and compliance reports to clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage audit readiness programs and support internal and external audits.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the QA/QC team, including performance management and training.
• Escalate quality and compliance risks to senior management as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Compliance, or a related field.
• Experience managing quality systems, audits, compliance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, standards, and best practices.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective quality solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Professional quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, CQE) are advantageous.
