SAP SD Functional Consultant / Business Process Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant to support business process design and functional alignment across SAP, Portal, Integration, and other technology teams. The role will be involved in a large-scale digital transformation programme, covering solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and support business process design and functional alignment across SAP, Portal, Integration, and Business teams.
• Deliver assigned functional components in line with the target solution architecture.
• Collaborate with SAP, AWS, Integration, Security, and Business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Prepare high-quality functional documentation, solution designs, testing evidence, and deployment artefacts.
• Support SIT, UAT, production releases, and post-production hypercare.
• Work closely with technical teams to support defect investigation, resolution, and validation.
• Prepare operational handover and support documentation for business and support teams.
• Contribute to AI-enabled business process initiatives, including AI requirements generation, process mining, and SAP Business AI.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in SAP functional consulting or similar enterprise transformation roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD.
• Good understanding of:
• SAP Pricing
• Billing
• Deliveries
• Customer Master
• Fit-Gap Analysis
• Experience working across large-scale digital transformation or enterprise implementation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, production release, and hypercare activities.
• Strong documentation and functional analysis skills.

AI-Native Requirements

• Exposure to AI requirements generation and AI-assisted business analysis.
• Understanding or practical exposure to process mining.
• Familiarity with SAP Business AI and its application in enterprise business processes.
