We are seeking a proactive

Business Development, and QC Specialist

to drive our corporate growth and uphold our reputation for flawless service delivery. In this role, you will

prospect and close commercial cleaning contracts

and

conduct regular on-site quality audits

. You will act as the bridge between promise and performance, ensuring our cleaning team deliver the required standard of excellence.

Commercial &Industrial Sales

Corporate Prospecting:
Identify and connect with corporate decision-makers, including Facility Managers, complex Managers, and Property Managers.

On-Site Assessments:
Visit prospective worksites, and commercial spaces to assess cleaning needs and requirements.

Bidding & Proposals:
Draft and present comprehensive commercial cleaning proposals, outlining custom scopes of work and competitive pricing structures.

Account Retention:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling contract renewals and introducing value add services.

Quality Control (QC) & Client Assurance

Routine Site Audits:
Conduct scheduled and unannounced site walk throughs to verify that the completed cleaning work matches the agreed contract terms.

Industrial Safety Compliance:
Ensure all service delivery complies with company standards and industry regulations (including chemical safety protocols and PPE requirements).

Client Liaison:
Proactively gather client feedback and handle any quality-related concerns, acting as the client's internal advocate.

Deficiency Reporting:
Document on-site findings and report cleaning deficiencies directly to operations management, who will handle staff corrections.

️ Skills & Qualifications

Experience &Background

Experience:
2+ years of experience in service sales, industrial facility services, or property management.

Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the commercial cleaning industry or industrial facility maintenance is a strong asset.

Mobility:
Must be able to travel between various worksites.

Skills &Competencies

Meticulous Eye:
Exceptional attention to detail, specifically in identifying cleanliness, hygiene, and organizational standards.

B2B Relationship Building:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently present to corporate executives and Facility Managers.

Self-Motivated:
Highly organized and capable of balancing independent sales prospecting with field quality checks without day-to-day oversight.

B2B Negotiation:
Proven ability to build trust with clients and Management representatives and handle pricing objections.

Technical Savvy:
Comfort using TMS tools and cleaning inspection software/apps.

Flexibility:
Willingness to occasionally audit sites during non-business hours (evenings/weekends) when cleaning shifts typically occur.
