About the role

You will work directly with Wallerist's CEO and CTO, supporting them wherever needed and helping the company operate with greater structure, speed and reliability. This is a highly transversal role combining executive support, company coordination, office management and back-office operations. You will be expected to understand what is happening across the company, anticipate what is needed and ensure that conversations, priorities and decisions become completed actions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct practical, organisational and project support to the CEO and CTO
• Coordinate information and priorities across teams, entities and external partners
• Support the organisation of meetings, projects, schedules and follow-ups
• Manage office and back-office requirements
• Assist artists, partners, team members and visitors using the Wallerist office and lounge
• Identify missing information, delays or unresolved issues before they become problems
• Introduce simple and efficient ways of working
• Take ownership of whatever is necessary to keep the company moving forward
