Service Support Executive – English Speaker | Rotational Shift

Job Description

We are looking for a Service Support Executive to join our team and provide professional support to users through phone, email, and live chat.

What You’ll Do

• Handle enquiries and provide accurate solutions
• Assist users with service-related issues
• Update case information and follow up when needed
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant team
• Maintain a positive and professional service experience

Requirements

• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service, service support, or call centre experience is an advantage
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Benefits

• Salary: RM2,500/month
