Audit Fieldwork & Testing
- Check supporting documents (invoices, vouchers, bank statements, agreements)
- Perform testing on revenue, purchases, expenses, fixed assets, inventories, receivables, payables, and cash/bank balances
- Attend stocktakes and fixed asset verifications at client premises
Documentation & Working Papers
- Prepare and reference audit working papers, schedules, and confirmations
- Ensure audit files are complete with proper evidence before review submission
- Amend working papers based on review points
Client Liaison
- Follow up with clients for outstanding schedules/documents
- Communicate professionally on audit queries
- Travel to client premises as required
Progress & Deadline Management
- Complete assignments within timeline and budget
- Provide weekly progress updates to the audit senior/manager/partner
Compliance & Confidentiality
- Maintain confidentiality of client financial/business information
- Follow firm policies and applicable accounting/auditing standards
General Support
- Assist with administrative and other audit-related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree/Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years' audit experience is a plus
- Basic accounting/auditing knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel/Word; accounting software familiarity a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and in teams, manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines
- Willing to travel to client sites
