About the role

Under the direction of the owner and manager, Personal Trainers (PT) will be responsible for driving PT sales and servicing. PTs will also be tasked with inspecting and maintaining equipment, as well as general tidiness in the gym.

Candidates must be energetic, charismatic, independent and driven to succeed. Educating yourself on the latest workouts and dietary trends is also important to ensure your clients receive the best possible training to achieve their goals.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintaining a professional image and conduct befitting of a fitness professional
• Conducting Gym Orientations for all new members to make sure they can use the gym safely
• Providing professional exercise and dietary recommendations, personalised to the needs of your clients
• Proficient in demonstration and use of gym equipment
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets
• Working closely with the Manager on a daily basis to ensure operational flows pertaining to the PT department

Job Type: Full-time. 44 hours per week. Only Singaporeans & PRs will be considered.

Salary: $1800 to $2000/ month excluding commission

Experience: Prior experience is compulsory. Good attitude and aptitude are crucial.
