  • Cook vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian recipes, including desserts, snacks, and tandoori dishes
  • Cook regular and special diet foods to provide balanced, healthy meals
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
  • Oversee food preparation to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Work on weekends and public holidays as required
  • Manage multiple cooking tasks simultaneously to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a supportive and productive work environment
  • Perform consistently under pressure to meet service standards during busy periods
  • Strictly adhere to food hygiene, safety, and workplace health regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
