WE ARE HIRING | AS/400 DEVELOPER – PAYMENTS & LOANS ( Mandatory)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Experience: 5–10 Years

Industry: Banking Salary: RM10,500

Contract: 12 Months | Renewable

We are looking for an experienced AS/400 Developer with strong banking domain expertise, particularly in Payments & Loans, to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain applications using RPG/RPGLE, CL, SQLRPGLE and DB2/400• Support Payments, Remittance, Fund Transfer and Loan Management systems• Perform application enhancements, production support, bug fixing and performance tuning• Participate in requirements analysis, development, testing, UAT and production deployment• Support incident resolution and end-of-day banking processes• Work on system integration, APIs, MQ and batch processing

• Requirements - 5–10 years of AS/400 / IBM i development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in RPG, RPGLE, CLP, SQLRPGLE and DB2/400
• Banking experience in Payments & Loans is mandatory
• Experience with system integration, APIs, MQ and batch processing
• Good understanding of SDLC and production support
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Skills• Experience with Silverlake Core Banking• Knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 20022 and Remittance• Understanding of Core Banking operations• Exposure to regulatory and compliance-related banking projects• Strong stakeholder management skills
