Skuld is now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Claims Handler who can handle FDD and P&I matters for our members, serviced from our Hong Kong office.

What you will do:

• Handle claims for owners and charterers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Members, Brokers, and internal stakeholders
• Participate in seminars, industry events and gatherings
• Represent Skuld externally by promoting its services and sharing subject-matter expertise through stakeholder engagement, industry events, and professional forums
• Provide advice to our members on a wide range of shipping-related issues

What we are looking for:

• Experience handling charter party and bill of lading issues with a law firm or other P&I Club
• Solid understanding of relevant legal issues
• Higher education and at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written, at a high professional level
• Cantonese language skills are preferred, but not mandatory
• A strong alignment with Skuld’s values
