Learn and apply new skills through hands-on training and one-to-one mentorship to perform assigned tasks effectively

Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn to support personal and team growth
Participate in local and international travel opportunities as part of career development
Build leadership and communication skills by engaging in team activities and projects
