We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth by identifying new customers, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers.
Contact prospective clients and introduce the company’s products or services.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, and sales opportunities.
Negotiate with customers and close sales.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
Handle customer enquiries and follow up on issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of sales experience preferred; fresh graduates may also be considered.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Customer-focused and results-oriented.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Good time management and organizational skills.
For more than three decades, Hiap Heng has continued to prove ourselves as a credible and reliable company in the rental of heavy equipment and maintenance services deployed to all plants infrastructure and construction sector in both mainland and off-shore Singapore.
We conduct site surveys and advise customers on the tonnage and type of equipment required after the details of lifting or transportation needs. We ensure the process of installation or transportation to be hassle free with our project management skills.
