JOB DESCRIPTION

Support daily business operations while playing an active role in delivering quality client servicing across engagements

Prepare polished client proposals, presentations, and reports that make a strong impression and support business development

Coordinate with clients on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure expectations are clearly set and consistently met

Attend client meetings and provide thorough administrative support including timely follow-ups and accurate documentation

Monitor project progress and help uphold service standards and deadlines across all active client engagements

Prepare clear meeting notes, reports, and internal updates that keep all teams informed and aligned

Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth and seamless execution of client deliverables

Manage client enquiries professionally across email, phone, and digital channels while actively contributing ideas to elevate the overall service experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma and above

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in client management, operations, or business strategy

Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn

Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced team setting
