Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food service, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to maximize team performance.
• Ensure that all food areas are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards.
• Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG.
• Need working on Saturday, Sunday, Public holiday and overtime.
• Able to work rotate shift and overtime.

Working Location: Stall Location

Requirement:
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.

Strong leadership skills and management competencies.

Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.

Able to adapt, prioritize, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.

Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
