Perform troubleshooting of hardware, software, equipment, and manufacturing process issues to identify root causes and minimize production and test downtime.
Support engineering evaluations, process qualifications, equipment or product validations, and manufacturing trials in accordance with established procedures and technical requirements.
Monitor manufacturing and test processes using manufacturing systems, diagnostic tools, and data analysis techniques to identify process abnormalities and performance trends.
Analyze production and test data to support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous process improvement.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process optimization, manufacturing improvements, and test solution enhancements.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve technical and production-related issues.
Participate in improvement projects to enhance process efficiency, product quality, equipment reliability, and manufacturing performance.
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including troubleshooting records, test results, validation reports, process documentation, and technical reports.
Ensure all engineering activities comply with company procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and manufacturing guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably within an MNC environment.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing, process, test, equipment, or production engineering are encouraged to apply.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willing and able to work on a rotational shift schedule.
Good command of English with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
