Job Title: AI Accelerator

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Accelerator (Senior / SME / Lead level) to design, develop, and deliver intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies.

This role requires strong technical delivery capability — the ability to build production-ready agents, workflows, and applications — along with proven experience facilitating AI / Agentic use-case ideation workshops with business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps).
• Own the full technical lifecycle: requirements interpretation, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Build and operationalise AI agents that solve real business problems across functions.
• Facilitate use-case ideation workshops with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI / Agentic opportunities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate ideas into governed, scalable solutions.
• Apply best practices in automation, SDLC, governance, and change management.

Mandatory Requirements

1. Hands-on Technical Expertise

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically:
• Copilot Studio (agent building)
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Power Apps
• Demonstrated ability to successfully build and deploy agents / automation solutions end-to-end (requirement gathering → development → SDLC → production).
• Strong understanding of automation patterns, solution architecture, and technical delivery.

Strong Advantage

• Technical experience with external AI tools in enterprise environments (e.g., Anthropic Claude Projects or similar).

2. Use-Case Ideation Experience

• Experience running AI / Agentic use-case ideation workshops with business users.
• Ability to share concrete evidence: number of projects, role played, and measurable outcomes.
