Company Description Symphony Digest Sdn Bhd is a professional training company that specialises in training for the financial services industry and the Protege RTW programme.

Role Description The Learning and Development Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. This role coordinates end-to-end training activities, including scheduling programmes, managing participant registrations, preparing training materials, and ensuring smooth delivery of sessions. The coordinator works closely with trainers and clients to support curriculum planning, monitor attendance, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining training records, updating learning management systems, handling logistical arrangements such as venues and equipment, and preparing reports on training outcomes. The role also supports marketing efforts for training offerings and contributes to the refinement of learning content to align with client needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Training & Development and Training coordination to support planning and delivery of programs.
• Experience in Learning Management, including use of learning management systems and maintenance of training records.
• Effective communication skills to engage with trainers, participants, and clients, and to provide clear written and verbal updates.
• Relevant experience in professional training, corporate education, or human resources is beneficial.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple programs concurrently.
• Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software).
