Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Delivery Intern to support the operations team in managing refurbishment, inventory allocation, customer onboarding, and delivery capability building. This internship offers hands-on exposure to logistics operations, vendor management, and cost optimization within the consumer electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Refurbishment & Rework Support: Assist in evaluating refurbishment requirements, preparing rework packages, initiating rework orders, and tracking progress.
• Inventory Allocation: Support mobile phone transfer orders and inventory management activities.
• Customer Onboarding: Help review delivery terms and requirements for new customer onboarding.
• Product Launch Support: Contribute to new product launches, including bundle promotions, gifts-with-purchase, and special delivery requirements.
• Delivery Capability Building: Assist in developing delivery solutions for 2C and new retail businesses (Shopee NDD, CPS, courier services, dedicated vehicles).
• Consumer Electronics Delivery: Support delivery capability development for white goods and contribute to operational target achievement.
• Vendor Management: Assist in sourcing, onboarding, and managing logistics service providers.
• Operations Management: Support customs clearance, warehousing operations, aged inventory clearance, and exception handling.
• Cost Management: Help prepare logistics budgets, review invoices, and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and hands-on with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Analytical mindset with willingness to learn logistics operations.
