Work location: East

Work hours: 9am to 5.30pm/5.5days (alternate Saturday)

• Handle daily logistics for incoming and out going shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and check shipping documents (************* bills, bills of landing)
• Track shipments and update clients or team members on delivery status
• Check and inspect cargo in the warehouse to ensure proper handling and safety
• Enter shipment details and update records accurately in the system
• Assist with permit applications and ensure compliance with customs rules
• Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to solve any shipment issues
• Respond to enquiries from clients and internal teams regarding shipments
• Support the team with any other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirement :
Diploma in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain Management

1 to 2 years experiences in freight operation

Able to handle shipping documents independently
