Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet evolving business and process requirements.

Develop system functionality using Salesforce configuration and, where necessary, Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning components.

Leverage Omnistudio tools (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) to design scalable, configurable solutions.

Configure, maintain, and support packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring system reliability and performance.

Participate in technical analysis, system integration, and solution design activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and deploy enhancements.

Conduct comprehensive testing and QA for all deliverables.

Provide technical assistance, documentation, and mentoring to team members.

Stay updated on Salesforce releases, industry standards, and best practices to enhance overall system efficiency.

Requirements

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors).

Experience with Salesforce Industries / Public Sector Solutions (PSS).

Familiarity with Packaged Development, Application Integration, and Software Platforms.

Strong development background in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, or Lightning Design System.

Certifications (at least one required):
Salesforce Platform App Builder

Salesforce JavaScript Developer I

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Ability to take initiative and ownership of deliverables.

Nice to Have

Advanced exposure to Omnistudio or Public Sector Solutions.

Experience leading small teams or mentoring developers.

Understanding of low-code tools, APIs, and packaged application development approaches.
