Job Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the lounge.
Manage and supervise service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance and deployment.
Monitor inventory, supplies and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company procedures.
Assist management with other operational duties when required.
Job Requirements
Relevant experience in F&B, hospitality or lounge operations preferred.
Supervisory or managerial experience would be an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to lead and work effectively with a team.
Able to work rostered shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Working Days:
6-day work week, based on roster
