Location: Henderson Road, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: S$8,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, professional and highly organised Personal Assistant to the Director to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Director’s daily schedule, appointments and meetings
• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls and follow-ups
• Arrange meetings, appointments and business-related activities
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations and other administrative materials
• Coordinate with clients, business partners and internal staff on behalf of the Director
• Assist with travel arrangements and other business-related matters
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and personal secretarial duties assigned by the Director
• Proactively follow up on matters and ensure tasks are completed on time

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary or similar role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Mature, responsible, discreet and trustworthy
• Good command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative work
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
