The Association for Early Childhood Educators (Singapore) is looking for a Programme Assistant to support the coordination and administration of our professional development programmes, events and membership activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and coordination of programmes, workshops and events.
Manage participant registration, attendance, records and follow-up.
Provide administrative and logistical support for classes and events.
Respond to enquiries from members, educators and participants.
Maintain membership and programme records and assist with data and reports.
Prepare programme materials, refreshments and other logistical arrangements.
Provide general administrative and office support.

Is organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
Is service-oriented and enjoys working with people.
Is able to manage multiple tasks and work independently as well as in a team.
Has good computer and administrative skills.
Experience in programme or event coordination will be an advantage.
